• General Manager for HitekNOFAL Libya Branch
• Prepare all Project Schedules and Plans
• Issue full Schedules of Work to client and involved parties for approval
• Assign all required resources to the Project, including Engineering, Logistics, and Materials/Equipment.
• Monitor actual Project Progress against agreed Schedules and Plans.
• Manage day-to-day Project tasks and escalate any Issues that impact on the Project Performance and Timetable
• Provide updates or adjustments to the Project Plan as necessary to ensure the project continues to meet the Key Deliverables defined at the start of the Project.
• Assist with Acceptance Testing and Manage hand-over of completed Project to client to the agreed Schedule
• Develops the Project Plan with the team and manages the team’s performance of project tasks
• Responsible for communication, including status reporting, risk management, escalation of issues that cannot be resolved in the team, and, in general, making sure the project is delivered in budget, on schedule, and within scope.
• Instructor for CFOT course “Certified Fiber Optic technician” in HitekNOFAL academy as I’m certified from FOA “fiber optic Association” from USA.
• Preparing appraisal for all Engineers, supervisors and technicians in my department each 3 months.
• Trainer for HitekNOFAL product specialists and product managers in all new technologies and equipment in FTTX and OSP techniques.
• Studying new projects in tendering period and submitting expected cost budget and time schedule for presales manager.
• Trainer for Blowing methods and Techniques for all HitekNOFAL staff and client students.

• Responsible for Optical fiber cable splice, testing and termination .This include both type of splicing technique (Fusion, Mechanical) Familiar with OTDR equipment to perform the proper cable testing Multinational companies experience is considered.
• Making Survey (using OTDR Tester )
• Splicing using fusion splicing machine ( FITEL “Inter Connectivity Corp”, FUJIKURA)
• Commissioning ( Acceptance Test After Installation using OTDR “Optical Fiber Time Domain Reflector “, laser source, power meter) .
- Full design, installation and maintenance for fire alarm systems.
- Sound systems and troubleshooting.
- Telephone systems and indoor telephone networks.
- Install and maintenance for Chinese centrals.
- Design and install of CCTV systems.
- Installation and maintenance of Access Control System
- Power sound amplifier systems.
