Managing 80k SQM of Raw material and finish goods based on UAE & KSA.
Oversee receiving, distribution, Dispatching and others warehouse operations, Setup layout and ensure eficient space utilization, Initiate, coordinate and Create Warehouse SOP and procedures.
Ensure that raw material Issue to production line without on time, correctly, without short or any discrepancy, FIFO, Bar Coding system,
Setup layout and ensure efficient space utilization managing warehouse daily operations activates including distribution, Storage, purchasing and transportation.
Managing warehouse in compliance with company’s policies and vision.
Coach and motivate employees, train staff by using matrix way to transfer work experience among each other.
Measuring warehouse efficiency by using WMS such as KPI's, SOP, FIFO, 5S and lean warehouse.
Managing issuance form main warehouse to over than 70 branches, ensure that material received on time as per monthly plan, monitor chemicals, kits including medical and non-medical items and consumption keeping using FIFO for shelve life items
Reviewing daily, monthly and yearly reports (dead stock slow moving, average cost, etc)
Maintain warehouse in safe and healthy condition.
Inventory control management to maintain stock level, cycle count monthly, quarterly and annual count.
Purchasing
Developing and implementing purchasing strategies, managing daily purchasing activities, supervising staff, and allocating tasks negotiating contracts, prices, timelines, etc.
Updating supplier's database, purchase records, annual supplier's evaluation.
Analyze and compare market price, contract negotiations with vendors and suppliers, Identify ideal suppliers based on quality, cost and reliability
Improve performance by find optimum alternatives to reducing cost
Coordinate with stock control to manage reader level, preparing cost estimates and managing budgets.
Conducts market survey and analysis of material cost.
Managing Four Warehouses with total 9500 Sq m Managing all processes and functions in warehouse (receiving, issuing, counting, materials allocations, & kitting) ensure timely, smooth, & accurate issuance of material to the production lines according to the work order with the correct quantity & correct station (Bill of materials range between 100 to 800 component)
Coaching team (25 employees) create warehouse SOP, monthly key performance (KPI) and reports of slow moving, inventory accuracy reports, cycle count reports…etc.
Inventory management including cycle count with root cause analysis of deviations reporting of overall inventory accuracy, track and monitor
Inventory by ensuring that organization has the right stock to meet production needs and to avoid overstocking items;
Develop of ABC Analysis for the inventory & management of the cycle count process to ensure a minimum inventory accuracy as per the company policies (100% accuracy for Class A, 99.5% accuracy for Class B & 98% accuracy for Class C) Ensure that workplaces health and safety providing toolbox and safety awareness Ensure issuance of materials according to FIFO to reduce spoilage, mitigate risk, and ensure the supplier warranty requirements Monitor 5S leading, motivating, management & replenishment of KAN BAN materials in the shop floor & the warehouse
Manage supplier’s inventory for 7 warehouses as the following:
• Review the shipping invoices for CKD and submit to warehouse supervisor
• Receiving, reviewing and submitting production plan from MRP to warehouses
• Communicating with warehouses to ensure that material delivered according production plan (Work orders)
• Support the warehouse team in any issues they are facing on system regarding the items, QTY, expiry -and locations.
• Plan cycle and annual count as per agreed group items
• Get approval from management to doing adjustment in the system
• Prepare root cause analysis after meeting with warehouse supervisor / storekeeper
• Plan random quality check to ensure no near expiry product stored in good warehouse
• Analyze storage location based on item movement and propose relocation if needed
• Submit weekly / monthly report on inventory count variance and adjustment
• Coordinate with finance & storekeeper to ensure transaction closed on time
• Take initiative to improve inventory accuracy
• Investigate any shortage, excess complains from customer, branch and send report and request for adjustment
• Get near expiry report from warehouse and submit to supply for needed action
• Assist warehouse in solving inventory related issue
• Provide any report required by Supervisor & manager
• Initiate annual cycle count planning process and finalize weekly cycle count schedule for the year
• Apply company policy and safety procedures and work to create a healthy and secure environment.
Technical responsibilities
Manage four stores & responsible for:
1. Receive supported documents for CKD containers
2. Review invoices with received documents
3. Supervise CKD unloading, arranging and storage
4. Auditing Add & Del. Vouchers before enter on the system
5. Receive production plan from MRP and prepare to monthly plan by ensuring that:
• Delivery plan for monthly production
• Unpacking the proper lot to be ready for production
• Kitting materials as per production plan
• Report shortage and missing material to claim form Germany
• Issue material to production on time
6. Implement material handling system between warehouse and production in proper way (MHS)
7. Modify warehouse layout according to material follow
8. Create storage board for CPU cars to facilitate delivery and replacement issue
9. Monitor warehouse inventory quarterly
