1. Antenna optimization and DT analysis to achieve wider scanning and minute overshooting detection (using Agilent Tools)
2. Manual Frequency and Neighbour tune and plan using MapInfo
3. Offering Target BSC, Configuration and frequencies for new sites based on coverage and traffic predictions
• Optimization Tasks:
1. Daily (short term) 2G KPIs monitoring to maintain network quality of service
2. Setting long term 2G KPIs monitoring plans in order to improve network performance
3. Detection, reporting, and following up BSS and HW problems
4. Traffic load sharing and optimizing between different cell bands, layers, and types
5. Traffic load study and offering upgrade plans
6. Paging load study
7. Network radio parameters auditing
8. Customer complaints troubleshooting and analysis using drive tests (Agilent Tool) and RNO reports
9. Periodic and global drive Test Analysis using Agilent
