•Promoting for sales, by analyzing customers' needs, studying competitors, financial offer, and Service contract offer.
•Manage 9 Mobile Workshops across Egypt to insure providing services and support.
•Coordinating with 5 main Workshops to insure providing an exceptional services.
•Responsible for company's image at the CPA (Customer Protection Agency), governmental offices, and sovereign quarters.
•Volkswagen Egypt spokesperson with Media, Cooperates, and Government.
