• Redesigning the Organization Charts to fit with the company’s new structure and change management.
• Develop and manage annual HR budget and monitor periodic and monthly expenses.
• Involved in formulating and recommending human resources polices and procedures.
• Establish and maintain efficient work flow and administrative process.
• Develop the HR team enhancing their skills and capabilities to deliver effective and accurate records and services.
• Establishing performance appraisal programs, and develops benefit programs and services.
• Monitors the implementation of ERP ( SAP )project that includes HR programs, services and administration. Supervise the department activity up to the acceptable standard level
• Responsible for the physical implementation of the Company’s policies and procedures.
• Initiate for new staff their personnel files and maintain the employment documentation as per the company policies and procedures and the local regulation.
• Enhance relation with labour office and social insurance parties to facilitate execution of procedures and requirements of the local authorities.

• Labor Cards & Passports (Ensure all Visa and Passports for all Employees are renewed as required - Ensure that all applications are prepared accurately and in a timely manner).
• Reports:-
1- Monthly HR Reports (Manpower Plan, Turnover analyses, Working hours vs. Productivity, working hours vs. Salaries).
2- Salaries (Salary’s analyses by Cost Centers - Over time - Taxes - Social Security).
3- Personnel Reports (Leaves, absences, sickness, work accidents and punishments).
