Projects in Bridge technologies:
1. MENA submarine cable OTS
Performing Optical Transmission Survey on “MENA” submarine cable. “Zafarana-Mumbai
segment” that included OTS equipment delivery and setup, performing transmission
survey for 100G, 40G, 20G waves.
2. EIG submarine cable OTS
Performing Optical Transmission Survey on “EIG” submarine cable. “Abu Talat- Bude
segment” that included OTS equipment delivery and setup, injecting 100G, 40G, 20G test
waves in the spectrum of traffic carrying cable during a maintenance window .

o Act as a first line of support to all VF Egypt Data users’ inquiries (technical / billing/I-care/USB).

o Provides relevant and accurate information (Services, Products & Policies)

o Follow up with second line of support to make sure that all escalated problems will be solved in the appropriate time

o Provide customer with appropriate options/right suggestion.

o Respond and solve all Vodafone Data Egypt customer inquiries regarding data Service and provide an end-to-end ownership to these inquiries till closure.

o Coordinate with customers to assist them with any questions or issues arising from their use of Vodafone’s data Service and data hardware.
