International Contracting Packing (ICP, Cananda), Egypt branch, Free Zone Production manager, managing all production process, developing new production plan to increase production at minimal cost, work closely with supervisors and maintenance stuff making sure production lines working smoothly and efficiently, set daily production targets and making sure finished products meet quality standers . Starting new cosmeceutical line (specific hair treatments, antiaging products, specific skin care products, …), work closely with R&D chemists reaching superior formulas at highest quality and minimal cost.

Onsite Project leader for Albiariq Home care & Personal Care liquid plant, have two main duties
A- Plant installation
Achievements :
a- Production Process design with French and Italian engineers, arranging responsibilities and set due time according to schedule .
b- Supervise the equipments shipment and customs requirements till equipment reach the site.
c- Installation of production & filling lines, labeling machines, packing machines along with SERAC (France), Dabrigeon (France), Mondo&Scaglione (Italy) and Newtec Labelling (Italy)
d- Commissioning and set the plant for trail processing .
e- Factory acceptance test, specification and contract parameters had been met successfully .
B- Products development
Achievements :
a- Define the starting formulas .
b- Development and improvement of existing products rang .
Stability tests for all product range .
c- Chemicals and microbiological analysis for each product formula and for all ingredients involved in products .
d- Evaluation for all raw material available for products development along with cost analysis .
e- Strong relations with local & international suppliers for material supplies and technical assistance .
f- Create ingredients and suppliers list with all related documents (MSDS, TDS, Formulation guides, specification, contact persons)
g- Evaluation of new and alternative raw materials for accidental shortage of material supplies or for products development projects.
h- Knock out and performance test to achieve maximum performance at minimal cost.
i- Training manufacturing stuff operation according to specifications and parameters limitations in compliance with quality standers policy and safety plan .
j- Scale ups from prototype to commercial manufacture particularly to good manufacturing practice (GMP).

a- Formulate product prototypes and evaluate them for chemical and physical properties, performance, and stability.
b- Develop new formulations for different detergent & personal care products.
c- Improve current formulations of products when needed.
d- Research product formulations and properties of raw materials.
e- Prepare and provide samples for biological laboratory and field testing for efficacy and safety.
f- Establish product specifications and procedures as required for R & D projects.
g- Support scale-ups from prototype to commercial manufacture particularly to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs).
h- Obtain process technology and equipment information for production.
i- Obtain data and information required for regulatory submissions .
j- Support on technical service for operations and consumer relations.
k- Conduct research and field evaluations on new products.
l- Develop new products and improve functioning of existing products.
m- Provide technical and supervisory support within laboratory and other departments as required.
n- Coordinate research and development activities within all organizational departments.
o- Develop reports and documents detailing project processes, results and conclusions.

performing daily routine work analysis of soils, water, wastewater tests according to specified SOP, preparing stander solutions, calibration standers, Quality control standers for GC, ICP, TOC, MS, UV-VIS, Prepare MS, LCS, DUP MS samples,
running samples on ICP, GC, MS, TOC, reporting results to Operation manager, review Qc charts, entering results on LIMS, review operating methods and conducting method validation. routine Instruments maintenance and calibrations.

chemical treatment of waste water & supervising water stations.

Work as chemist in the Egyptian military during my military service
including these activities: Member of chemical and radioactive
security crew during the passage of the ships convoy in the Suez canal make it secure to the convoy to pass the canal investigate the cannel water pollution and treatment of the oily parts that leaks from the passing ships.(Jan, 1, 2006-feb, 5, 2006 work as chemical and radioactive inspector in Suez cannel Foundation using AD2&RSO-50 devices).
