Scope of work:
•MANAGING AND DIRECTING 380 SECURITY GUARD/29 PROJECTS (SCHOOLS)
•Conduct Risk management assessment to property to identify and rectify risks and hazards.
•Lead loss prevention to protect take holders, customers and clients.
•Lead security and safety members during emergencies

Policy and Procedures:
•Drafting and implementing security policy and procedures.
•Drafting and implementing Health, Safety and Environment Procedures

Duties & Responsibilities:
Training:
•Provide Awareness training program to security guards relates to MOEHE standards
•Provide customer care training
•Provide security risk assessment training
•Provide training on EREP (Emergency Response and Evacuation Procedures)
•Conducting workshops and practical training to operation team
•Provide training on security logs, forms and documents implementation
EREP (Emergency Response and Evacuation Procedures)
•Ensure that all security services are complying with MOE EREP.
•Conduct drills, tests and practical training.
•Conduct different scenarios to evaluate and estimate time period of response, performance and lack areas that requires improvements
•Respond in high emergencies such as fire, water leakages, gas leakages, property damages, heavy rains, flood, bomb threats, medical cases, fight/attach, terrorism, entrapment inside elevators …etc.
Management Reporting System:
•Set up professional reporting system along with coordination with MOE helpdesk, MOEHE and local authorities (QCCD, Police and Ambulance)
•Keep record, tracking and escalating daily, weekly and monthly incidents reports
•Keeping up and updates issues and pending incidents till be resolved and update MOE accordingly
•Document control system for reports and incidents in both soft and hard copies.
Security Development and Improvement programs:
Draft short - term and long - term strategic plans in order to achieve required KPI’s and keep high security standards
Investigation:
•Conduct investigation in all submitted incidents and suspicious issue.
•Provide investigation results, outcomes and recommendation to MOE and MOEHE once required.
Security Inspections:
•Conduct random security inspections in day and night to ensure that security operations is running smoothly.
•Ensure that all guards are complying with SOP’s and MOEHE regulations
•Check risks, hazards and breaches and report it to MOE.

Administration:
•Expert on administration, contracts, tenders, document control, filling system and all admin relates.
Translation:
•Translate required incidents, investigation, memos and circulars reports in Arabic and English if required.
•Provide Arabic translation to SOP’s and security forms or logs once required
General Duties and responsibilities:
•Submit weekly reports to the management for review and approvals and take an action in urgent cases, incidents and emergencies as per as the procedures.
•Implement security plans for special and high-risk events.
•Perform services to assure the safety and protection of government property and personnel against injury or death, molestation, harassment or intimidation and loss or damage from any preventable cause including fire, theft, embezzlement, damage or destruction, trespass, espionage, or sabotage.
•Assist in budget requirements for security operations
•Order security-related supplies and equipment as needed.
•Attend meetings, professional seminars, or conferences to keep abreast of changes in executive legislative directives or new technologies affecting security operations.
•Assist and lead emergency management and contingency planning with coordination with HSE.
•Respond to medical emergencies, bomb threats, fire alarms, or intrusion alarms, following emergency response procedures.
•Conduct physical examinations of property to ensure compliance with security policies and regulations.
