Develop safe operational procedures which identify and take account of all relevant hazards;
• Conduct site inspections to check policies and procedures are being properly implemented;

• Develop HSE training package to support HSE training requirements.
• Develop and coordinate incident and accident investigation process as per Procedure to determine root causes and recommend corrective and preventive actions to prevent recurrence.
• Compile and analyze HSE performance statistics and make recommendations for HSE performance improvement.
• Provide advisory services on HSE matters (i.e. PPE requirements, HSE work practices, etc.) to line management, staff and contractors to improve HSE performance
• Preparing health and safety strategies and developing internal policy;
• Carrying out risk assessments and considering how risks could be reduced;
