Organizes and supervises the work of a large team on the day of operations to ensure that work is completed efficiently and in compliance with procedures.
Coordinates and communicates with all stakeholders to ensure all resources are equipped and read to conduct the required activities.
Collaboration with various stakeholders with Operations functions act as a single point of contact for all airport related communications, Interacting with all departments to ensure safety and ontime.
Follow up of shipments from origin to Destinations attending Discrepancies immediately for further follow up and tracer action & preparing monthly discrepancy report.
Corordinating with engineering, ground support department, catering, fueling, pax handling, Cleaning, loading of baggage & cargo to maintain stipulated ground time and maintaining OTP.
Manage and advise the Resource Allocators on actual / real time staff allocation by ensuring optimum manpower levels are maintained.
Initiate plans for anticipated increase in demand of resources based upon operational requirements and monthly / seasonal flight schedules.
Provide real time delivery of all operational forecasts, resourcing planning, variance analysis, deviation reporting and historic trended analysis which drives improved performance productivity.

Follow up of shipments from origin to Destinations attending Discrepancies immediately for further follow up and tracer action & preparing monthly discrepancy report.
Preparing allocations request for Stations Updating Pre Alert in system and also through emails etc.Requesting concerned destinations for any further amendments & sending messages for shipments.Releasing allotment space for Utilizing onward connections and giving more important for offloaded shipments at origin and transit point to sent Pre-Alert.
Maintaining a regular cycle and followup contact with corporate customers & follow up of claims raised by agents / shippers. Closely followup with all the enquiries over phone or via mail and taking actions against them.
