Involved in establishing a construction management unit to overlook and monitor the construction of housing units across the Kingdom. It aims at establishing a CMU (Construction Management Unit) to help them in managing existing and future projects. In total, there was 132 projects with an over-all of 134, 734.0 Residential Units with over all 70, 305, 596 sqm across the Kingdom.
Responsibilities/Tasks:
• Communicated with the Project Manager continuously regarding the projects’ progress and areas of concerns.
• Participated in the planning and formulation of design alternatives and solutions for construction projects; provided conceptual estimates, feasibility studies, and cost estimates. Also, coordinated the production of basic design plans and construction documents.
• Oversaw all aspects of the day-to-day management of the construction project; monitored and coordinated work performed by architectural, engineering, and construction departments.
• Managed and supported the contractors involved with the infrastructure construction packages and to ensure that the Supervising Resident Engineers are carrying out their duties in line with their contract, whilst ensuring that the main contractors are functioning correctly.
• Ensured that project operations in compliance with design specifications and client requirements.
Involved in the construction management of some 15 separate sites includes more than 2000 Residential units and buildings in addition to infrastructures projects such as roads buried tanks, HV, and LV sub-stations.
Responsibilities /Tasks:
• Prepared RFB for tendering of 130, 000 residential units for the administration of construction of development housing projects.
• Designed 19 prototypes for residential models and applying value engineering.
• Provided back-office support for core teams in administration of construction of development housing projects.

story offices, lecture halls, auditorium, language labs and other facilities, cost exceeded 300
