* Review design drawings and resolve clashes.
* Prepare and submit proposals and any related engineering and technical notes.
* Define required materials and equipments for the project
* Prepare purchase orders' quantities and submit them to the line manager
* Progress measurements of different project activities
* Prepare and review bills of clients and subcontractors
*Prepare the daily, weekly and monthly progress reports
* Progress measurements of the different project activities including, excavation, concrete, and finishing works
* Collect field data, check measurements and quantities and compare them with BOQ
* Prepare and review bills of clients and subcontractors
* Prepare and review variation orders
* Provide support, assistance, and advice on all aspects of quantity surveying activities
* Follow and ensure that all work activities will meet the deadline according to the schedule
* Coordinate civil works with MEP and finishes activities
*Coordinate construction activities with QA/ QC and safety managers to ensure compliance with approved plans
* Provide support and follow-up on any technical or logistical issues among junior engineers
* Prepare a detailed plan for required equipment and materials to meet the schedule
*Distribute the daily tasks to supervisors and surveyors to meet the plan
* Monitor the daily work and ensure that it matches shop drawings
* Assure of the work execution and get the consultant's approval

* Monitor and report the subcontractor's performance during the work
