• All below listed accounting functions are being carried out until finalizing the accounts at Hassanesco ready mix with the qualities of leadership and team work.
1) Preparation of departmental expenditure allocation reports quarterly.
2) Reporting on monthly actual and budgeted cost variances.
3) Preparation of Quarterly trial balance for income statement
4) Preparation of monthly payment forecast
5) Prepare Daily and Monthly Production, Sales and consumption reports.
6) Reporting Monthly on 16 affiliated and 2 consolidated company Transactions
• Maintenance of accurate records of suppliers.
• Review and set invoices up for payment
• Prepare and process bank transfers and L/C payments
• Reconcile accounts payable transactions
• Monitor accounts to ensure payments are up to date
• Review and resolve invoice discrepancies and issues
• Review Payroll and finalize.
• Review daily transactions of junior accountants and posting to ledger.
