• Handling technical & operational activities of installing biomedical equipments and
apparatus
• Perform preventive maintenance and calibration of medical equipments on the
schedule
• Maintenance and troubleshooting of medical equipments clinically as well as
technically
• Maintaining of all the laser and aesthetic machines in Almana group of hospitals
• Provide training to Doctors and nursing staffs of new arrived medical equipments
• Maintaining the documentation for medical equipments
• Coordination with service personnel of various medical equipment companies
• Maintain the spare parts and accessories of laser machine in the data base
• Preparing the treatment protocols for laser machine
• Making OVR and related documents for CBAHI and JCI Accreditation
• Performing the laser safety continuing education for doctors and staff nurse

• Performing Handling Sales of Philips Respiratory Ventilators, Patient Monitors, ECG
Machines, Defibrillators and Oxygen Concentrators.
• Establishing new, and maintaining existing, relationships with customers
• Support marketing activities by attending trade shows, conferences and other
marketing events
• provide pre-sales technical assistance and product education

• Conducting the installation and servicing of Ventilators (CareFusion-Vyaire,
Sensormedics), Patient Monitors (General Meditech), Pulse
Oximeters(Nonin), Defibrillators, Syringe and Infusion Pumps.
• Service support for delivering both timely and effective repairs
• Conducting demo after Installation along with performing for regular preventive
maintenance work.
• Recording and maintaining client contact data

• Analyze, develop, implement & maintain quality testing procedures for all life
saving products as per ISO Procedure and following 5S Concepts.
• Inspection and functional testing of ventilators received from manufacturers before
sent to hospitals, nursing homes and medical centers.
• Dispatch after verifying it functionally and aesthetically in the Final Stage.
• Recording and maintaining complete data of receiving and dispatched items
