1-Enhance safe driving culture and ensure third party drivers are working in safe conditions.
2-Ensure operational efficiency through setting and continuously improving transport strategy that matches the supply chain vision and strategy.
3-Ensure financial efficiency through working on truck utilization in terms of volume and tonnage in order to achieve best possible rate per case.
4-Setting yearly budget and work throughout the year on achieving the budget’s absolute value and the budget’s percentage from net sales.
5-Work closely with suppliers to improve the service level while having a supplier recognition program in place to increase competition.
6-Work on improving the shuttling cost between factory and 3PL distribution center.

a. Develop, validate, communicate and implement a Category specific Sourcing Strategy that delivers a competitive advantage to the business
b. Develop and implement sourcing strategies following the 7 step sourcing process
c. Analyze and optimize the P2P process related to the spend category in charge through the right choice of procurement tools
d. Ensure alignment between business strategy and sourcing strategy
e. Set objectives to be achieved through the sourcing strategy and monitor achievement
f. Derive negotiation strategy from category positioning and negotiate to achieve the objectives defined in alignment with the business
g. Manage suppliers according to category positioning
a. Converting purchase requisition into purchase orders.
b. Respect Suppliers lead time for ordering
c. Ensure the quality of data including specification, required delivery date, terms &
conditions.
d. Resolution of operational issues with external vendors
e. Maintain a close working collaboration with purchase requestors and strategic buyers. (
own a tracking sheet for all open PO s & PR s with clear status & follow up)
f. Monitoring timely receipt of blocked & parked invoices in the dashboard & ensuring the
resolution of these invoices within the agreed service level
g. Follow up solving blocked invoices with stakeholders (QA or store keepers)
h. Achieve Compliance KPI s targets and measure monthly progress and work on closing
the gaps if any.
a. The estimation of air conditioning load

c. Selection of mechanical equipments (water chillers, air handling units, fan coil units,
packaged units, fans, pumps…..etc.)
