ASEC Engineering is the leading company for Cement projects Operation, consultancy and specialized maintenance task for cement plants equipments
Operating 12 sites inside and outside Egypt (Jordan, KSA, Mozambique and Ethiopia)
Participate on 4 full life cycles of SAP Implementation on modules (PS, PM, MM, FI and SD)
Align the planned figures with actual daily input and enhance the staff quality for using the ERP system -SAP- as the responsible person.
Duties:
• Assist Operation directors on technical problems for mentioned sites.
• Follow up on daily basis the entries on SAP to align with planned figures and go through justifications if any
• Train the staff on how to deal with the planning initiation and SAP Tcodes
• Deliver reports on daily, weekly and monthly basis for production, spare parts consumption, labour cost and subcontractors services given for sites
• Assist the sister companies for SAP Implementation and gives advices
• Follow-up purchasing cycle by coordination with procurement division
• Follow-up the financial situation by coordination with Finance division
Introduction To Work Study Attached With Two Case Studies. 1.First Case Study: From "Transportation and Engineering Company" For Tire Production and The Case Was For Reduce The Total Production Cycle Time. 2.Second Case Study: Manufacturing of Rotating Welding Table Mechanism.
