1. Working for KANDIL STEEL (Kama for Coating and Manufacturing) from april.2006.

➢ Field of activity: 1. Annealing &galvanizing of sheet metals by continuous galvanize lines with ( alkali section for chemical treatment, non oxidizing furnace for annealing process and molten zinc bath for strip galvanizing process)

4. Cut to length line (CTL) for up to 4 mm thickness strip sheet.

➢ Duties in details: • Technical duties: o Programming and establish and modifying plc especially SIMATIC S7 200, 300, 400. (SIMATIC MANGER software)
o Programming and establish and modifying SCADA system (HMI) especially WINCC 5 and 6.0.
o Installing and deal with ac drives and dc drives especially Control Technique drives, programming the parameters and communicate drives with them self's an use related programs such as (SYPT PRO- CTNET)
o Install and deal with instrumentation and measurement devices such as (pressure transducers, flow transducers, temperature transducers, and position transducers, load cells.
o Install and deal with servo (proportional) valves, and stepper motor.

o Monitoring the electrical engineer and technicians
o Sharing in preparing the preventive maintenance plan.
o Follow up the projects related to electrical.
o Follow up and analysis repeated faults.
o Preparing reports of faults
o Preparing monthly and annual reports.
o Preparing training plan of engineers and technicians.
o Contact with other departments.

2. Working for EGYPTION INDUSTRIAL CO, (SOGIC) FROM Jun 2004 to April 2006

o Install and deal with thermocouples and pt100 with different types.
o Install and deal with limit switches.
