 Reviewing the sub-Contractor’s detailed work program submissions and prepare the evaluation report.
 Preparing Progress report actual progress of the work versus the planned work.
 Monitoring all activities in the project schedule for potential delays, and regularly update claims and variation logs.
 Advising the Project Manager of any potential delays to the program, and work closely with the project team to develop mitigations to minimize or avoid these delays.
 Assisting the Project Manager for the preparation of Weekly and Monthly Progress Reports.
