- Establish and maintain a professional environment, ensuring the best possible experience for customers and sales associates
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures through proper handling of all transactions and corresponding documentation (refunds, check approval, employee discounts, price overrides, gift certificates and any other transactions requiring supervisory involvement)
- Training and supervision of all Cashiers on all front-end policies and procedures
- Scheduling to ensure proper coverage at the front end/service desk
- Coordinating immediate pre-screening of all applicants by store management
- Complaints and returns handling
- Receiving payment by cash, check, credit cards, vouchers, or automatic debits. Follow the SOP pertaining to cash handling.

- Updating sales, bank, customers and vendor’s transaction in computerized accounting system.
- Preparing of payroll & generating periodic statutory payments.
- Maintaining & updating stock variances and purchases, leave particulars, staff loans. VAT register
and computation of VAT return.
- Preparing monthly bank reconciliation, monthly cost control through the budget & actual variance
analysis.
- Reporting to Managing Director & providing efficient information on requested data.
including,
- Enter payments, customer & vendor transaction in enterprises accounting system (Microsoft
Dynamics NAV).
- Recording financial transactions & bookkeeping.
- Preparing of payroll, monthly bank reconciliation & generating periodic statutory payments.
- Providing efficient information on requested data to departments’ heads & management.
Duties including,
- Updating sales, bank and customer and vendor transaction in computerized accounting system.
- Preparing of payroll & generating periodic statutory payments, maintaining & updating attendance
registers, leave particulars, staff loans.
- Submitting VAT register and computation of VAT return for the approval of the accountant.
- Preparing monthly bank reconciliation, monthly production statistics & cost control through the
budget & actual variance analysis.
