• following with GRO until complete all documents required and make estimations.
•submit the claims to insurance company & getting repair approvals then follow with workshops until the vehicle return to operation.
• handle all drop claims& issue all third party accidents to collect amount coordinating with collections Dep.
• Provide finance Dep. all insurance excess (Dept Note) for deductible on customers or company & repair invoices of workshops...
• provide management all accidents reports as weekly.
