• Responsible for timely installation, configuration, testing & commissioning of various complex Low Voltage system, ranging from residential to commercial buildings infrastructure.
o Audio Visual, Presentation and Public Address Systems.
o Back Ground Music and Automated Home Cinema Systems.
o Building Automation System for Lighting, Shutters and HVAC Systems.
o IT infrastructure and Networking and Master Clock and Bell System.
o Gate Barrier and Bollard Systems.
o SMATV, IPTV, Mirror TV, Digital Signage and Interactive Informatics System.
o Access Control and Time Attendance Systems.
o Audio/Video Intercom and Intrusion Detection & Assessment Systems.
o IP based Security Surveillance Systems.
• Perform site inspections and to access the progress of Project.
• Produce Schedules, Plans, detailed Shop Drawings and Technical Manuals for the system.
• Prepare the Installation Method Statement and ITP Checklist.
• Responsible for Material Delivery and Quality Control and Quality Assurance of the delivered materials for Installation and Commissioning.
• Lead the Technical Team for the proper installation of the equipment.
• Ensure the equipment installation conforms to the approved construction drawings, contract documents, project specifications, and all applicable standards.
• Identify system conditions that are abnormal, determine their cause, and to recommend corrective actions
• Conduct commissioning inspections and execute commissioning tests based on documented procedures.
• Accountable for Project Hand Over and Hand Over documentations.
• Establishing of LAN / WAN network and providing support of TCP/IP based devices.
• Installing and Configuring Wireless and IP Security Cameras.
• Providing Guidance for structured Cabling.
• Designing and configuring of CCTV, DVR, Access Control and Attendance Systems.
• Loading and commissioning of all system and network-level controllers as required.
• Train and orients staff on use of implemented Technology.
• Validating complete system functionality and troubleshooting to ensure proper operation.
• Prepare the estimate for Electrification and Surveillance Solution works.
• Design the Panel Board and Electrical Scheme proposed for the site in AutoCAD software.
• Calculate the load required for the Electrification work.
• Rendering all guidance during execution of the work.
• Trouble shooting the existing CCTV and DVR System and proposing solutions with costs estimate.
• Provide Technical and software support required for the Surveillance System.
