Supervise, lead and enforce efficient work practice among
all job levels in the concrete batching plant including batch
plant operators, truck mixers drivers, pumps operators,
operations foremen, maintenance technicians, laboratory
technicians and general labor.
* Coordinate with sales team and clients to set daily
production schedules and follow its execution on an hourly
basis.
* Managing all needed materials resources for production
with different suppliers including cement, aggregates and
chemicals to ensure smooth uninterrupted production.
* Follow up the execution of the full maintenance of the
batching plants and related facilities, with follow up on
availability of needed spare parts.
* Coordinate with Maintenance team and QA/QC team daily
to plan production schedule based on equipment readiness
and address specific clients' needs of specifications.
* Analyzes daily production rates and monitors any drop-in
productivity, with assessment and solving of cause if drop.
* Assign and schedule work orders so they are completed on
time.
* Overall supervision of plant, machinery, Maintenance,
vehicle routing, quality control etc.
* Monitor Day-to-day program scheduling for deliveries to
various sites.
* Develops and controls plans and budgets for the
maintenance area. Responsible for implementing a cost-
effective preventative maintenance program to maintain
production equipment in an efficient, safe operating,
manner. Follows through with daily checks for accuracy
and progress.
* Schedules people, machines, materials, and support
services to achieve maximum team efficiency in meeting
production requirements.
* An over-all supervision pf Plants, Equipment & manpower
at two different locations at New Cairo & 6th of October.
A Direct reporting officer to Technical, Production, fleet,
maintenance & work-shop Managers and reporting to the
CEO of the group.
* Keep the plant running as efficiently as possible.

Concrete Batch Plant.
Responsible for leading the Maintenance team to perform
to a level that meets and/or exceeds their internal and
external customer expectations; maintain equipment and
facilities in a production ready state; and, identify
continuous improvement.
* Responsible for ordering Batch Plant's Spare Parts from
Germany directly or contact the representative of
Concrete Batch Plant: ELBA EBC 105 with EMS 2250 2.25 m3 101-120 cbm/h.
Perform mechanical, electrical trouble shooting and maintain equipment of batch plant include Mixer, cement, water, additive silos, aggregates feeder, skip hoist, screws and control room.
Calibrate batch plant every 3 months (cement, water, additive, aggregates) weighting scales.
Knowledgeable with batching plants software operation, maintenance and troubleshooting (ELBA C-7).
Perform mechanical and electrical trouble shooting of generators and ATS control Panels.
Perform mechanical and electrical trouble shooting and maintain equipment of Rocking Sand machine.
Perform mechanical and electrical trouble shooting and maintain equipment of Rocking dolomite stone washing machine.
Perform mechanical and electrical trouble shooting of motor pumps in pumps room.
Supervision on concrete truck scale (3m x 18m) installation from the beginning of structure works including digging works and concrete until installation of Rice Lake load cells and the software of truck scale.
Supervision on installation GPS & Concrete Dispatching Sensors of Concrete Trucks and Pumps.
Supervision on Supply and install Earthing System for Gamalon & Steel Structure, Main Panel and Light Current.
