and Responsibilities comprise maintaining liaison between all engineering trades assigned to
the project.
Experienced in identifying functional and spatial requirements of new structure or renovation, preparation
of information regarding design, specifications, equipment, estimated costs, coordinate with different
disciplines, preparing life safety plans, fire safety strategies with compliance with MEP requirements and
regulations in unified design; Lead a team of architects for design proposals preparing scale drawings and
construction documents; conducts periodic on‐site observation of work during construction to monitor
compliance with plans.
Gathering and disseminating project data and information to all concerned so that all activities are well
correlated to meet the project commitments; coordinating and resolving technical problems including non‐
conformance to project specifications or engineering standards; establishing and maintaining coordination
between engineering staff and client technical representatives.

• Com 53 - Mixed Use Tower (Shopping mall at the podium and Offices at 2 Towers.
• KIDZANIA building - Aspire Zone Doha, Qatar
• Al Hitmi Plaza office building - Umm Ghuwailina-Doha, Qatar (REVIT)
• Baladna Farm - Ras Laffan, Qatar
• Mix 11 Tower - Mixed Used Tower- Lusail city, Qatar (REVIT)
project coordinator for the following projects:
* LUSAIL TOWER ‐ The project is a Real Estate Investment located in the Lusail marina
District commercial lot number COM/11 on a site area of 7, 374m2. The project is the
development of 25‐storey office building with retail facilities at the podium levels.
The tower reflects a dynamic unique architectural approach, which will be a unique
building in the Lusail area.
* PQP Auditorium Building at Ras Laffan - Engineering consultancy service for a state
of the art auditorium building comprising an auditorium, banquet hall/multipurpose
hall, exhibition hall/pre‐function space, VIP reception, services, helipad in a new
location area of the Multipurpose Administration
* SOY Hotel Souq Wakif - engineering consultancy services for performing the
required services related to renovation/Design for Refurbishment of the Existing
Souq Wakif Hotel (SOY Hotel).
* PQP Fire Station at Ras Laffan - Engineering consultancy service for Fire Station and
training Building no.6 at Rass Laffan.
