❖ Update daily attendance and monitor employee punctuality.
❖ Monitor and track attendance, overtime, and annual leave.
❖ Maintain the work structure by updating job requirements and descriptions for all positions.
❖ Coordinate recruitment efforts, schedule interviews, conduct tests, events, and maintain agendas.
❖ Maintain recruitment records, authorizations, and CVs.
❖ Compile and maintain employee records (hard and soft copies).
❖ Ensure onboarding of employees is done according to company procedures.
❖ Monitor all employee performance, conduct regular reviews, and issue disciplinary notices.
❖ Book flight tickets for all employees and coordinate arrival/airport pick-up.
❖ Schedule appointments for employees for ADNOC medical and remedial for site entry approval.
❖ Address employees' queries about HR-related issues and compose emails.
❖ Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
❖ Produce and submit reports on general HR activity.
