Responsibilities
Preparation of project quality plan, method statements and Inspection
& Test plan
Carryout all concrete mix design in accordance with project
specification and closely monitoring concrete pour on site, lab test,
materials etc. as per contract requirement
Conducting final inspection and testing for on site activities in
accordance with inspection &test plan, Project specifications and
method statement and reports are recorded prior to consultant/Client
inspection.
Ensure that the client’s requirements in regards to sequence of work
are fully incorporated and carried out at the site.

Reporting of non-conformance on site and the necessary action taken.
Closing of all defect report and non-conformance report being raised
by the consultant/client and strictly advice &prevent re-occurrence
Preparing of weekly and monthly QA QC reports.
Carry out/and or administers quality inspections for all civil works at
defined levels as and when required
Responsible for monitoring and supervising all types of test on site
and in the laboratory detailing with concrete, steel, finishing and soil
works according to contract specifications
Inspection of all materials delivered to site to ensure their
conformance to specified requirements and are properly stored
QC inspection activities on site monitoring, non conformances and
following up with site team and close out.
Issue of Non conformance reports (NCRs), corrective action requests
(CARs) As found necessary and follow up to CARs.
Ensuring corrective/preventive actions are taken to avoid repetitions
of non conformances.
Notify the site team from time to time about site observations and
quality deficiencies.
Monitoring and following up all the quality inspections for
infrastructure works such as parking lot construction, storm and
drainage water networks etc
Coordinate with the Sub contractor in the resolution of drawing
interpretation and to ensure that communications exist and are
maintained. Also coordinate with them (subcontractor) for their
site inspections.
