Development of Baseline (EPC) program, Tender programs, recovery programs, revised program, and look ahead programs.
Monitoring project execution and evaluating Performance using EVMS (Earned Value Management System).

Prepare the detail schedule of MEP services using tender documents and other standards
Create the baseline and monitors progress periodically and compares it with the baseline planning.
Prepare Daily, Weekly and Monthly project reports, scheduling project using Primavera (P6).
Preparing look ahead schedules and assigning schedules to subcontractors.
Attending meetings liaise with consultant, client and Architect.
Calculations of Cooling Load, Fresh Air Requirements as per the Codes and Standards
Assist senior Engineer to design HVAC, Fire Protection, Sanitary and Plumbing.
Attend to the Design Coordination meeting with Client, Architect & ID Consultants.
Attending Technical, Coordination and Progress meetings to achieve the Project Milestones.
