Responsibilities
• Operation monitoring of Once through Supercritical Boiler (4x720 MW) by Mitsubishi Heavy Industries.
• Emergency handling of Turbine (Tripping, Black out etc.) and Boiler
• Handling normal plant operations including start-ups and shut-downs
• Maintaining various records and reports of operational parameters and swas
• Reporting to Shift In-charge regarding any abnormal and checking in local also
• Manage applicable environmental safety and regulatory legislations to ensure safe, efficient operation of plant process
• Giving instructions to CRO and training them about operation of all equipments and emergency operation activities
• Preparing reports for Load Derating Factors, Performance, Water Consumptions and various SOPs for the plant.
Responsibilities

• Handling normal plant operations including start-ups and shut-downs
• Maintaining various records and reports of operational parameters and swas
• Manage applicable environmental safety and regulatory legislations to ensure safe, efficient operation of plant process

• Performing Boiler Startup (Cold, Warm, Hot and Very Hot), Shutdown, Runback, Fast Cut Back and Load Rejection Tests

• Emergency handling of Turbine (Tripping, Black out etc.) and Boiler
• Handling normal plant operations including start-ups and shut-downs
• Maintaining various records and reports of operational parameters and swas
• Manage applicable environmental safety and regulatory legislations to ensure safe, efficient operation of plant process
• Operating a (13.5x1) MW Thermal Power Plant with CFBC Boiler with a capacity of (1x86) TPH by Thermax, India
• Maintaining continuous steam flow to refinery as per requirement
• Coordinating Different Department and working People
• Emergency handling of Turbine (Tripping, Black out etc.) and Boiler
• Handling normal plant operations including start-ups and shut-downs
• Maintaining various records and reports of operational parameters and swas
• Manage applicable environmental safety and regulatory legislations to ensure safe, efficient operation of plant process
• Maintaining the hour by hour reports of the plant parameters for future analyzes
• Submission of Incident reports on plant trips, outages and plant conditions to Shift In charge
Responsibilities
• Operating a (135x1) MW Thermal Power Plant with CFBC Boiler with a capacity of (1x440) TPH by SEPCO, China
• Emergency handling of Boiler (Tripping, Black out etc.)
• Handling normal plant operations including start-ups(cold and hot) and shut-downs
• Maintaining various records and reports of operational parameters
• Manage applicable environmental safety and regulatory legislations to ensure safe, efficient operation of plant process
• Maintaining the hour by hour reports of the plant parameters for future analyzes from DCS as well as from the field
Responsibilities
• Operating a (125x2) MW Thermal Power Plant with CFBC Boiler with a capacity of (2x405) TPH by BHEL, India
• Synchronizing the TG (Turbo-Generator) set with The Grid Power
• Coordinating Different Department and working People
• Emergency handling of Turbine (Tripping, Black out etc.) and Boiler
• Handling normal plant operations including start-ups and shut-downs
• Maintaining various records and reports of operational parameters
• Manage applicable environmental safety and regulatory legislations to ensure safe, efficient operation of plant process
• Maintaining the hour by hour reports of the plant parameters for future analyzes
• Submission of Incident reports on plant trips, outages and plant conditions to Shift In charge
