• Evaluate and Reviewing of client & sub-contractors, vendor’s contractual documents, specification, scope of work, technical requirements and approval of Vendor documents (NMR) & drawings.

• Solid experience in evaluating technical submittals from contractors & vendors.
• Assist in preparation & implementation of Project Execution Plan (PEP). Identifying critical paths and monitoring project progress from initial to hand-over.
• Prepare and Evaluate of BOM, MTO and various spread sheets for procurement, bidding, tracking and controlling of project materials.
• Initiates enquiries, technical evaluation, purchase requisitions (PR), blanket order, for E&I consumables materials/equipment’s from different vendors.
• Specification and selection of field instruments & electrical equipment’s based on client requirement and standard to meet performance criteria for hazardous & non-hazardous location.
• Coordinate with equipment vendors for integration of their system and ensure all interfaces are correctly addressed.
• Conducting site survey for data collection.
• Assist in evaluating/negotiating field extra costs. Follows-up on contract change clarifications and contract change order documents. Administers contract change process & ensures change requests are tracked and completed correctly
• Prepares the supporting documentation for the claims defense case (if required) with data on actual productivity, Performance and compliance with contract requirement.
• Verification of detailed engineering documents which includes Index, cable schedule, Instruments and Electrical JB location layout, Tray layout, loop diagram and interconnection wiring diagram.
• Prepare and issue specifications, data sheets and other construction documents.
• Preparing regular reports of activities, highlighting areas of concern, recommended solutions with on time follow up.
• Guiding CAD/TEKLA draftsman for electrical & instrumentation technical queries and verification of prepared drawings.
• Coordinate with other discipline designers and engineers for design review and carryout internal discipline check for E&I facilities.
• Fosters a positive working relationship between engineering, Construction, Procurement, Project control, Quality management, Legal, HSE Engineering, vendors, sub-contractors, third party inspection team and the company operating areas.
• Develop and execute project plan to ensure completion of assigned activities that meet project requirement, on time within budget.
• Reviewing contractors daily reports and identify issues or concern needing immediate attention.
• Supporting Quality team for material receiving inspection verification of material as per specification and arranging valid & required documents from vendor & Third Party Inspection Company.
• Vendor mobilization and scheduling a client witness for Site acceptance test related activities.
• Assisting management team for the development of project & control planning of Bidding documents, construction activities, commissioning and mechanical completion in related of selecting sub-contractors, man power, equipment, tools requirements following with estimation.
• Handling site engineers/supervisors for field engineering issues and modifying basic design as per project/site requirement by providing redline & as built drawing and then Ensure the works are done according as per approved IFC drawing and specifications of Saudi ARAMCO Standards.
• Preparing a list of spare and warranty materials handover to client as per contract and coordinating accordingly with concerned team for final handover.

• Ensures progress, quality control, quality surveying takes place and is recorded as per the contract document requirements. Look for and recommends ways to improve productivity and save cost.
• Solicits and ensures proper reviewing of engineering work packages for completeness. A major factor in extra field costs is the lack of information in contract package provided to the contractors.
• Fosters a positive working relationship between construction, engineering, vendors, project team members and the company operating areas.
• Facilitates the initial contractors and client Kick-off meeting
• Maintains a concise summary of the key contractors elements and communicates same to key project team members
• Assists in evaluating/negotiating field extra costs. Follows-up on contract change clarifications and contract change order documents. Administers contract change process & ensures change requests are tracked and completed correctly
• Prepares the supporting documentation for the claims defense case (if required) with data on actual productivity, Performance and compliance with contract requirement
• Coordinate with project team with initial design and drawing requirement.
• Establish drawing set-up procedures applicable to the job for drafting personnel.
• Conceptualize plans, details and sections to accurately convey construction or fabrication requirements.
• Check and back-check drawings produced by drafting personnel.
• Coordinate and analyze vendor supplied drawings and incorporate the required information into project drawings.
• Conceptualize and draw wiring diagrams, Layouts, design details independently with minor instruction from project engineering.

 Review Quality Documentation (ITP, Procedures, Drawings & Vendor Data Sheets, Material Specifications and other quality related documents submitted by implementation contractors) Pertaining to Electrical activities.

 Inspection of various materials & equipments procured

 Monitor Contractor Inspections & testing’s as per requirements through PCOS management System, Witness Various Electrical tests (Mentioned below) and verify the Subcontractor’s test reports

 Perform Routine Surveillance, Quality Control Inspection of construction activity at various Inspection Stages such as Pre-Installation, Installation & Pre-Commissioning, and Final Inspection for Various electrical equipments.

 In-charge of Quality inspection for the process and final completion procedure conforming per approved Project Specification and Standard prior to final acceptance and handover to the client.

 Implement Safety and Quality of works to ensure guaranteed services and satisfactions of client and Participation on Internal Quality Audits.

 Review Quality Documentation (ITP, Procedures, Drawings & Vendor Data Sheets, Material Specifications and other quality related documents submitted by implementation contractors) Pertaining to Electrical activities.

Ensure that all related inspection and testing activities with regards to environment, Health & Safety procedures and maintenance rules are respected.

 Responsible for the preparation of work schedule and manpower requirements for the current and proposed projects.

 Perform proactive surveillance inspection to minimize or avoid discrepancy and non-nonconformance rectifications cost and time.

 Coordinate and assist Sub Contractors to resolve any encountered problems related o inspection and testing activities to meet schedule and avoid any delay of activities.
 Coordinate with the client for punch list closure and final acceptance.

 Witness and liaise with vendor for any related electrical equipment testing activities.

 Carrying out inspection for electrical installation and testing of motors, motor control centre panels and earthing to confirm that all quality aspects as per QP standards are met. Inspection was being carried out as per approved ITP’s and method of statements.

 Responsible for resolving quality related issues in site, as per the approved procedures.
