Assigned Construction Manager for the construction of St.Regis hotel Ballroom, Kids
Club, SPA & Gym works including BOHs and Podium.
Lead role for Handing over for the completed works including MEP-ELV scopes.
Establish and maintain specific project procedures for Design / Construction
Supervision Management (as applicable).
Prepare a special report to Company Management to investigate any problem related
to the Scope Of Services and recommend solutions to Company Management
Advise Company of any foreseen slippage of Progress and propose corrective actions.
Establish documented procedures to Overview and comment on proposed Sub
Contractors, vendors, materials, shop drawings and any other transmittal by Sub
Contractors. Any deviation from project requirements shall be appropriately reported
to Company’s Management addressing any possible Time and/or Cost Impact
associated with it.
Responsible and ensure- resource allocation, staff management, setting bench marks,
close look to the budget, time management, daily-weekly-monthly tasks.
Ensuring that work is executed in accordance with the contract drawings,
specifications, agreed procedures and method statements.
Closely look in to scope of works, BOQs, scope gap items, de-scoped activities
Monitoring all Sub-contractors work closely to ensure that the Quality of the work is as
per specification and is completed on time.
Coordination with consultant and client representatives for Site issues and Taking
decisions on the site clashes between subcontractor’s scopes as well as client
requirements
• Assigned Lead Engineer/Manger for all external works.
• Managing all external hard scape/soft scape works
• Responsible and ensure- resource allocation, staff management, setting bench marks, close look to the budget, time management, daily-weekly-monthly tasks.
• Ensuring that work is executed in accordance with the contract drawings, specifications, agreed procedures and method statements.
• Monitoring all Sub-contractors work closely to ensure that the Quality of the work is as per specification and is completed on time.
• Coordination with consultant and client representatives for Site issues and Follow up of NC Reports.
• Material Management and Material Planning.
• Internal and External Correspondence.
• Arranging Progress Review and Quality/Safety/Project Coordination Meetings.
• Ensure all operation is undertaken in a safe manner in accordance with project H&S policy, Specification and QCS.
• Monitor effective utilization of resources by proper deployment.
• Arranging training for all new/special work system to all labours and supervision staffs.
• Assigned manager for three buildings for full finishes works- 2.5 years
• Assigned manger for full structural works for M_I substructure and two levels of 3 nos of buildings (I17, M01, and M07) 2.5-years.
• Managing all external hard scape/soft scape works- 6 months…

• Monthly Valuation (T7) with Client engineers to ensure to receive money as per actual site progress.
QA/QC Engineer incharge for one Tower which has 3B+Podium+65 Floor with a connecting bridge to another Tower on 52nd floor.
All structural and finishes works.
