Coordinate with the consultant’s representative and Site in-charge for inspection.
Preparation of BOQ's, Invoice, Bar-bending schedule, Method of statement ect.
Review plans and ensure the implementation of work according to specifications & Guidelines.
Follow up the implementation of various Central Government sponcored Schemes.
Estimation - Residential Building, Irrigation, Agriculture.
Planning & Executing of Civil Works.
Quantity Surveying.
Bill Preparation & Check measuring.
Labour Budget Preparation, Revision and various paper works.
Site Inspection & Supervision.
Executing the work as per Indian Railway specification.
Quantity Surveying.
Preparation of measurement book & stock register.
Demolision of old railway station building as per the indian railway norms & specification.
