• Devise policies and procedures (SOP’s) for the smooth functioning of supply chain operations.
• Plan and prepare the budget of company's supply chain activities and ensure that spending is within the specified budget.
• Ensure that a centralized computerized operations management system is established for tracking inventory records, availability and movement of stock, purchasing of items and their availability, movement of vehicles as per the destination and availability etc.
• Analyze the supply chain reports and recommend improvements / future plans and present to management.
• Coordinate the sales and operations planning process including supply / demand, inventory management and on time delivery.
• Implement plans and processes which minimize supply chain costs by effective utilization of available resources.
• Manage the import and export related activities and effort to reduce the Demurrage and other related cost.
• Recommend objective for the year and develop plans to achieve the target objectives.
• Coordinate with other functions within the business in order to ensure effective and efficient interdepartmental cooperation.
• Encourage and initiate the use of new techniques to meet the customer expectations.

* mange the installation teams
* Plane the installation schedules for the customer
* Handel & log the received complaints received from the customers
* Handel and mange the warehouse
Reporting directly to the president of the Alessa industries and mange the following
A -sales support
* work on the yearly sales forecast & budget
* in sure that the sales forecast is achievable by the factory
* sales order processing
* insure that customer orders are full field month wise as per the yearly plan
* monitor the forecast& budget Vs the production plan
* advise the priority for the released monthly production plan
* arrange the required pre inspection certification
* work out to achieve the set KPI by the management
* conduct product identification in exhibitions for the new released product
* conduct the internal audit for the other department
* B- Technical support
* Handel & log the received complains received from the export market
* Provide the technical support to customer (spare parts, maintenance training)
* Insure that all customer received the feedback &the support as per the policy (14 day )
* Measure &Maintain the customer satisfaction as per the policy
* work out to achieve the set KPI by the management
