1. Analyze project documents and specifications to prepare accurate and efficient materials and labor estimates on all project stages and project related works.
2. Site Visit for obtaining necessary information, resolving an outstanding issue and find out the sources of construction material and selection of sites for disposal of water or surplus material.
3. Maintaining the budgetary constraints on the project being currently undertaken.
4. Evaluating the validity and reliability of information sources.
5. Utilizing the information collected from those sources for evaluating the size and cost of materials and equipment needed to undertake the project at hand
6. Sending enquiries to suppliers & quotations comparison.
7. Negotiations with suppliers on both technical and commercial aspects of product.
8. Carrying out Value engineering studies according to Clients budget constraints for any specific project.
9. Making Pre-Qualification documents, both standards as well project specific questionnaires.
10. Maintaining ISO documentation, Record Keeping, Suppliers/Manufacturers Data Bank records.
Automation Engineer responsible for all works related to upgrading, modifying and building control and scada systems in factories specially cement industry.
working as an IT engineer in building database for a research about the traffic problems in Egypt and this research was done by arab academy for science technology & maritime transport and JICA (japan international cooperation agency)
