Represent the Company in all dispute/ litigation cases with external parties in front of the judicial
authorities
• Review and negotiate supplier contracts and related documents for provisions, contractual
obligations, contractual work requirements, legal term sufficiency and compliance with company
policies prior to execution.
• Provide effective day-to-day advice on corporate & commercial laws as well as legal matters.
• Provide legal advice in regards to business development opportunities through exploring new
ventures such as mergers and acquisitions, investment and procurement activities locally and
internationally.
• Evaluating the findings, developing plans and arguments in preparation for presentation of cases and
examining legal data to determine advisability of depending or persecuting lawsuit.
• Make sure that the documents of all deals & transactions (agreements, contracts, legal
correspondences, etc.) to which the company is a party to ensure that company’s interest are well
protected.

· Reviewing and monitoring purchasing orders and payment terms.
· Monitoring the application of the agency agreement, and negotiate with the manufacture in urgent
and necessary amendments when needed.
· Negotiate and contract with sub agents.
·Follow up and monitoring debt collection.

• Analyze probable outcomes of cases.
