actions if discrepancies exist
Review all documents provided by ID Consultant and advise actions (if needed)
Review consultants’ monthly payment and give recommendation to Employer
Coordinating between Project Consultants to have fully coordinated design Documents
Full responsibility of all finishing process for four mock-Up rooms.
22 years diversified experience gained through working in huge projects; such as Cairo City Stars Intercontinental Hotel and design of Shepheard Hotel renovation besides to experience gained through working for project management company (TURNER) at Saint Regis Cairo Project. In addition to working for Real Estate companies such as SODIC and EMAAR Misr (Uptown Cairo).
