• Built a data base for mechanical equipment.
• Assisting the Production executive in working with all departments including estimating, scheduling,
procurement, labor relations, finance, accounting and other services as required.
• Analysis of operational issues and installation of new equipment & check it.

Assembly & Packaging machines.
• Planning and undertaking scheduled maintenance.
• Follow the spare parts and order the needed ones.
• Diagnosis & troubleshooting the machines.
• Checking and calibrating instruments to make sure they are accurate.
• Do the hydraulic and mechanical work on the machines & little about electrical work.

• Organize workflow by assigning responsibilities and preparing schedules.
• Evaluate each station of the manufacturing process to ensure maximum efficiency.
• Trying to reduce Operating time for each product to improve the Production line.
• Coordinate with other sections to improve the performance.
