1.Help and Manage the Sales Team to achieve the business objectives set by EITC .
2.Responsible for retention and growth of current and new accounts in the company.
3.Maintaining regular customer contacts and ensure Customer Requirements and Satisfactions are met per each Account Manager.
4.Planning and facilitating and conducting complex negotiations with customers and different vendors as well to open new channels of business for EITC.
Achieving Sales objective set by GNSE in line with the company strategy to selling several information Security solutions such as (Cisco, PALOALTO, Fortinet, FireEye, Websense, McAfee, F5, Kaspersky and Digital Forensics products.
Selling company products(Cisco, Paloalto, EMC, McAfee, Websense, RSA, F5 and service to current and potential clients)
Doing cost sheet and quotation for every project.
Follow up for sign the statement of work for each project.
Meet the customer to initiate the needs then to discuss the solution and to finalize the order.
Identify and resolve client concerns.
Coordinate company staff to accomplish the work required to close sales.
Prepare commit and pipeline sheets.
Selling Full integrated data solution using MITEL, CyberTech, Cisco, Thales E- Security, HP, Dell, EMC, Fortigate, Leviton cabling solution and Microsoft programs to build a reliable data Hardware and software Infrastructure.
Manage and Handle the Current Accounts for MIS Company otherwise open new channels for the company.
Manage the new requests for the current customers and follow up their needs and the annual budget to open new selling opportunity that meets their new needs & requirements.
Handle the relation between the Company and the current & new customers as an account manager.
Manage multiple client relationships and insure client satisfaction.
Reports to MIS Sales Manager.
