Establish preventive maintenance programs for critical equipment and systems, ensuring regular inspections, testing, and servicing to minimize downtime and mitigate risks.
Monitor equipment performance metrics and trends, proactively identifying and addressing issues before they escalate into costly failures or disruptions.
Review internal HSSE policies and practices to ensure they are current and appropriate; conduct hazard and risk assessments and change existing or develop new policies and practices from these assessments for implementation.
Design of Pressure Vessels (ASME-DIV. VIII) and Tubular HEX. TEMA, Heat Exchanger Inspection and Bended Tube Inspection.

Reviewing Mechanical, firefighting detection and suppression system, plumbing system, pipelines, PW, IWW, SWW and storm water networks, underground CP, and Steel Structure Drawings in order to perform AS-BUILT drawings for the client.
Develop and implement emergency response plans and protocols to effectively manage crises, such as power outages, equipment failures, or natural disasters.
Conduct drills and simulations to test the readiness and effectiveness of emergency procedures and provide training to staff on response protocols.
Modify IFC DWG if needed as per client requirement to perform As Built.
Supervision of mechanical erection activities and integrate system, if necessary, from Maintenance, Operation and safety views.
Supervision of infrastructure and networking underground GRP / FRP piping for storm water, rainy and potable water along with its GRP manholes, catch basins and erection activities to ensure invert levels and gravity system as per IFC drawings. Supervision of thrust blockage construction at the points and backfilling process.
Performing work permits, LAR and encroachment permits from RC, MARAFIQ, SEC, STC, and Landscaping.
Testing, Pre-Commissioning, Commissioning and handover.

Escalate any problems early and schedule repairs in order to minimize loss to business
Perform Scope of Work (SOW) for all Engineering Operating Systems; including the contractor works responsibility, the facilities Requirements, Technical Specifications requirements, Deliverable, Codes, Standard and References and Bill of Quantities in addition to create Purchasing Request (PR) on the SAP System, Design Basic Memorandums (DBM) and TSR Reports.

Reviewing Engineering Design Consultancy Package from 30 %, 60% and 90 % up to IFC drawings and Construction Drawings
under Design Phase; specially working with Royal Commission (RC) Projects in JUBAIL Industrial City - Supervision for all Engineering Projects under Construction Phase till close out phase.
Prepare and manage budgets for hard services and engineering activities, optimizing resource allocation to achieve cost-effective outcomes without compromising quality or reliability.
