Ensures the HR system is fully updated at all times. Using the system to produce HR reports as required. Maintains operating and information systems, records and reports as requested.
Provides advice, guidance and support to Managers and employees across the organization on a variety of HR issues, Ensures adherence to company policy and employment legislation.
Provides administrative support to the remainders of the HR team for producing letters, payroll administration, etc.
Preparing payroll for the whole company for about 961 employees.
Having knowledge of UAE Labour laws.
Issuing Medical Health Insurance cards in laision with Insurance Company for all employees on yearly basis.
Monitoring and Applying grade systems for all staff.
Administer the company’s recruiting process by sourcing applicants, screening, interviewing, recommendation and hiring of job candidates.
Maintains records on employee sick leave, vacation and other absences.
Assists employees with miscellaneous HR policy questions / issues.
Familiarize new hires with policies, procedures and benefits.
Assists on performance review system.
Performs a wide variety of executive administrative duties as required by the HRM & DGM.
Ensures appropriate new starter documentation is completed (offer letters are signed, references are taken, payroll paper works) confirming arrangements for the first day, and liaision with orientation section.
Prepares entry permit application for starters, joining report, leave settlement, final settlement and others required.
Coordinates with payroll regarding starters, leavers, transfers and promotions, and allowances and any other matters relating to pay / benefits: tracking ‘stepped increase’.
Ensures leaver processes are followed including notification to key areas
