Auditing of system process and daily material transactions submitted by respective supervisor, prepares the proposal of the necessary correction (adjustment) for approvals
Runs and analyzes various low level basic stock control reports
Conduct periodic inventories to verify that stock records tally with physical stock
Investigates shortages/overages and recommends corrective action.
Prepares recommendations to reduce/dispose of over-stocked materials.
Ensures that all documents related to stock movement, description and vocabulary are properly filed and that documents related to stock movements are dispatched to receiving parties
Reviews Min-Max/Critical level according to actual transaction record with User departments
Prepares reports such as Obsolete and Surplus materials report for Management reporting
Ensures that all stock items are correctly identified and labeled
Carries out related duties such as data collection for statistical reports and assisting in general warehouse and stock control activities
Plans Annual Count of Inventory along with Section Head Inventory Control and executes the exercise with the identified members of various Partners and representatives
Reconciliation (write-off) of inventory based on the approval of Competent Authority as per the confirmation of management
Audit warehouse operation transactions on daily basis for high operation efficiency.
Analyze stock variances, prepare and conduct stock adjustment
Process reports from WMS and Pioneer system to enable easier data analysis and helpful support for the materials control top management and materials end users (production & operation section)
Set and supervise the annual physical inventory for more than 90 Kulud stores.
