EG&G Middle East is a Saudi Arabian company working in maintenance and installation of X - Ray inspection systems
for the (Gantry, mobile scanner, baggage scanner and body scanner) with the Saudi customs at the borders and
airports and seaports.
• Provide Technical support, trouble-shooting and maintaining for the systems, installation of the new
machines, project coordination and management for 5 sites in KHAFJI, RUQI, JUBAIL, king FAHD causeway and
king Fahd seaport DAMMAM with total number of 27 systems (Smith HCVM, Smith Gantry, AS&E Gantry,
Smith baggage scanner, Smith body scanner).
• Communicated effectively in both verbally and written forms to suppliers (Smiths, Varian, AS&E, ….) to
Troubleshoot faults if needed.
• trouble-shooting, maintaining of the motion system and all the related subsystems in the site.
• Programing and maintaining of the PLC systems (SIEMENS s7200, Schneider electric modicon M340).
• controlling site requirements, constrains and integration of the project during project execution and initiate
corrective actions
• Trained Saudi custom on different system of X-ray to facilitate work, get required data for analysis system
• Sent permanent reports to director of the maintenance department about problems and Statistics of our
system
Having the same job description and the same work duties like I have in my current company but for one site (Salwa borders of QATAR)
• PLC automation and instruments maintenance at “Cairo waste water treatment in Helwan “
• Programing, maintenance and troubleshooting of SIEMENS S7 200 PLC & SCADA systems.
• Maintenance, installation, calibration and troubleshooting of several instruments as (Ultra-sonic, Electromagnetic flow meters, pressure, level, ……)
