• Working directly with the design director to develop concepts and detailed designs for big and mega scale architectural projects in the gulf area.
• Manage, mentor and teach junior staff to produce drawings and designs according to local codes and international standards, and train them on different drawing and presentation software.
• Develope (with the help of the team) new ways of presentation, new tools to make the jobs easier and always self learn any new tool to make the team at the top of their game.
• Coordinate with the in house MEP and structural teams to maintain project’s quality.
• Participate in workshop meetings with clients, on monthly or weekly basis according to the project’s mandates, to develope the designs according to the client’s and market’s needs.
• Supervise the 3D visualization team and monitor th accuracy of their drawings and the style and aethsetics of the renders.
• Review and edit as needed schematic design, tender drawing and municipality drawing packages, making sure municipality requirements are met, drawings are complete according to the agreed LOD in the contract, and no missing or wrong information are in any of the drawings.
