Assist the program manager in all the contractual and commercial issues related to the program and in the same time monitors and update the risk registers for the project
• Creating, formulating and drafting of new contracts for different packages
• Assure accuracy and appropriateness of contract text and attachments.
• Prepare bid documents and RFPs and manage tender processes,
• Tender evaluation technically and commercially,
• Risk assessment and prepare risk plan and response.

• Measurements and agreement of quantities on site
• Review and report on contractor claims
• Review monthly payment certificates

Participating in handling all Contractual Correspondence, Claims, Revised BOQ, Variation orders, Time Extensions, RFPs preparation, Reviewing Contractor’s invoices, Preparing of PARSONS Invoices, Updating of the Contractual Clauses, Evaluation & updating of Project Manuals & Procedures, Documents Control, …Etc , For 85 running Projects through Jeddah City.
• Creating, formulating and drafting of new contracts

• Issue letter of intent, letter of acceptance and subcontractor's termination if required
• Responsible for reviewing, monitoring, and reporting all issues related to contractual documents, proposals, subcontracts, correspondence to the government and other contractors.
• Review invoices and issue payment certificates

• Maintain records on all potential and submitted variations.
• Vetting contract and sub-contract agreements

Ensure contracts meet commercial, compliance, probity, availability and all statutory requirements.
• Carry out audits on contractors to ensure quality standards and procedures are met across the business.
• Monitor and guide Contractors in completion of works.
• Assist in managing contracts and all related responsibilities of singular and multiple projects in within the construction and development of Greenfield sites.
• Study any Claims, submitted to IPMC through the PM.
• Manage and control all project documentations
• Develop document control system to fulfill with Owner requirements
• Carry out numerous functions related to project documentation, sending and receiving, safekeeping and maintenance of project document archives, document imaging and document reproduction and distribution.
