• Act as a technical reference and support the team in major issues.
• Monitor and analyze breakdowns to deploy action plans.
• Track key maintenance indicators (KPIs), such as failure rate, MTBF (Mean Time Between
Failures), and MTTR (Mean Time To Repair).
• Plan, organize, and supervise preventive, corrective, and predictive maintenance activities.

• Commission new sterile and non-sterile equipment and improve existing systems.
• Perform corrective maintenance on pharmaceutical production equipment, including autoclaves
and manufacturing tanks (mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic troubleshooting, intervention
planning, repairs, replacement of defective parts, testing, and verification).
• Perform preventive maintenance on pharmaceutical production equipment (regular inspections,
lubrication, adjustments, and fine-tuning).
• Execute equipment validation activities (IQ/OQ/PQ) for sterile and non-sterile sites.
• Execute SAT (Site Acceptance Tests) for sterile and non-sterile equipment and resolve issues
encountered during testing.
• Execute FAT (Factory Acceptance Test) for a Metered Dose Inhaler (MDI) filling machine in Milan,
Italy.
• Install sterile production equipment and manage the CIP/SIP systems (Cleaning In Place /
Sterilization In Place).

• Perform corrective maintenance on mechanical equipment in a food production site, including
conveyors, mixing tanks, molds, and elevators.
• Perform preventive maintenance on production equipment (lubrication, greasing, regular visual
and functional inspections).
• Analyze recurring breakdowns and propose improvement solutions to reduce downtime and
increase operational efficiency.
