Position: - Senior Sales Executive (Oct 2008 to Date)
Report to: - Branch Manager, Senior Regional Manager and Asst.General Manager-Sales & Distribution
Responsibilities:-
➢ Responsible for all client communications and compliance on client deliverables and revenue.
➢ Handling a largest corporate client.
➢ Reviews on all major deliverables to ensure quality standards and client expectations are met.
➢ Communicates the client's requirements and represent the client's interests to the team.
➢ Provides regular two-way communication between the client and team, to provide strong team representation and set proper client expectations.
➢ Ensures that client issues are dealt with an efficient manner, informing the Branch Manager of any problems that may arise.
➢ Responsible for the contract and contract renewals for new work for an existing client.
➢ Responsible in achieving the monthly sales target.
➢ Provide support to the Branch Manager, Senior Regional Manager and Asst.General Manager-Sales & Distribution.
➢ Provide administrative services to the Branch Manager, Senior Regional Manager and Asst.General Manager-Sales & Distribution.
➢ Ensures that all processes and procedures are completed, quality standards are met, and that sales are profitable.
➢ Training new staff members and conducting mission meetings weekly.
➢ Conducting special trainings to motivate staff.
➢ Organising various events in order to promote our brands.
➢ Reports to the Asst.General Manager-Sales & Distribution, Senior Regional Manager and Branch Manager, providing regular input on all account activity, including status and call reports on a weekly basis.

➢ Successfully Completed Diploma in IT information Technology Courses (Alfalink Computer Institute)
