Design, selection, commissioning and service of petroleum custody flow metering system
Configuration, Programming, testing and troubleshooting of flow computer, SCADA and PLC
Assisting the metering control panel design, Loop diagrams & Field Installations
Assuring the flow metering system stability by proving at customer site as per required frequency of time.
Involving In-house function test of Metering system, proving system, terminal loading system
Performing FAT, iFAT and SAT
Keeping the integrity of supplied system by providing maintenance service on time
Engineering, Installation, Commissioning, Service and Maintenance of process instruments, control valves Fire & Gas systems, RTU’s and gas analyzers
Preparation of specification sheet for Flow meters, Pressure, Temperature and Control valves as per client standards
Review FDS & IDS of flow element, flow transmitter, flow computer, control valves, field instruments for various application in oil and gas industry
Coordinating with client and vendor for gas flow meter proving, calibration and validation
Attending for factory acceptance test for flow meters, control valves and other process instruments
Preparation of method statements for Installation and Commissioning and conduct job safety analysis (JSA)
Responsible for selection, installation and commissioning of multiphase flow meter,
water cut meters, choke valves for on-shore oil exploration application
Responsible for selection of equipments for mobile flow metering skid
Coordination with client for Multiphase flow Installation and Commissioning
Attending FAT for control systems and Factory inspection for field instruments
before delivery from vendor premises
Responsible for service and calibration of pressure, temperature and Electro-Technical Instrument
Clarifying the technical issues, attending client meeting before start of site work
Preparing calibration certificate for Instruments, visiting existing customer frequently among petrochemical, power, pharmaceutical, cement, steel and automotive industries all over India for maintaining a business relationship
