Day to day follow up with Contractors and Clients for the Health and Safety related Issues
Conduct Tool box talk for high risk activities and on job site training to workmen
Ensure and report all the incidents and observations are reported immediately
Provide Daily, Weekly and Monthly Health and Safety reports to Safety Manager
Prepare necessary HSE Reports and IMS documentation.
Organize and carry out safety inspections and audits to meet legislative and safety management system requirements
Prepare and review the risk assessments
Deliver work induction and ensure that all the workers receive and induction prior to start to work
Review of the Project site specific Health safety and Environmental Plan
Update and Review emergency Response plan
conduct safety committee meetings and preparation of minutes and follow for compliance with different departments
Follow-up on work permit system and inspections, planning safety arrangement for high risk activities
Ensure all the lifting equipment, tools and tackles are inspected and checked before start the work
Provide support to the project by maintaining a visible presence to the field performing site visits to the entire project at least once per shift if possible coordinate with the project manager
Assist in the training mentoring and implementation of the HSE programs in the field
Develop a Site Safety Management Plan for the project to ensure a safe work environment for all company employees contractors visitors and community
Organize and schedule required safety staff and first aid coverage
Ensure that all incidents are reported immediately
Coordinate a regular meeting with project safety team to review issues trends and upcoming conditions or events.
Ensure safety boards with postings including but not limited to Health and safety policy inspection and audit results project hazard assessment location of first aid etc are maintained and current
Roles and Responsibilities:
•Support Area Engineers/Superintendents/supervisors to promote safety awareness in their area of responsibility
•Carry out Job Safety Analysis (J.S.A) periodically according to safety standards
•Provide technical advice and guidance to organizations on how to handle health-related problems and make needed changes
•Prepare emergency procedures plan
•Evaluate Health and Safety performance on staff and subcontractors, budgeting and loss prevention programs to ensure productivity and profitability
•Perform maintenance checks on equipment on a daily basis and ensure all daily logs up to date

•Response and Educate all employees on emergency call and respond Procedures Prepare weekly and monthly HSE statistics report
•Strict supervision in housekeeping and fire hazards inspection reports of all facilities
•Conduct training like confined space, fall protection, working at height, lifting, Manual handling, Spill Prevention and Response System etc.…
