• Interpretation of plans and specifications and Consultation with the manager as per his requirement.
• Elaborate the client requirements to contractors and make sure the work progress as per our request.
• Negotiate contract agreement as low as possible. Coordinate with the contractors and execute the work
• Purchase all kind of electric, plumbing, & construction materials to contractors before the work starts.
• Documentation of the invoice of purchased materials.
• Daily visits to site to check the quality and execution of work
• Schedule the work to be progressed and follows as per plan.
• Submitting final Report to project managers after the completion of every work.

• Read drawings. Planning and execution of daily targets at site.
• Coordinate with safety officer and workers in respected manner to finish our on daily, weekly and monthly target in site.
• Always keen in the quick progress of work.
• Conducting daily meeting on site to educate the rise factor.
• Arranging and monitoring the materials and equipment’s on or before the work starts.
• Daily Supervise of various work activities mainly structural works.
• Participate in joint measurement at site in coordination with Site QS.
• Motivate and control the foremen and labors at site.

• Daily Supervise of various work activities including Site Development, excavation, foundation, RCC, Finishing works.
• Generation of data and site visit to avoid delay, excess payment, consumption and wastage of material.
• Quality procedures and checklists are adhered at site.
• Coordinate for MEP activities, supervision of the MEP works.
• Assisting in the measurements and billing of the works.
• Guarantee that the work is executed with the defined EHS norms of the company.
