-Adhere to all quality standards and processes, for the acquisition of customers, opportunities and submission of tender and contract documents
-Develop effective working relationships with customers through regular meetings and identify and obtain further sales and business development opportunities
-Prepare presentations for the company that can be present at the trade shows, to the clients, to the employees, conferences, etc
-As the face of the organisation, help in building the brand of the company in the industry, vendor and customer community
Being the Key Account Manager for the designated customers, I understand their needs and demands and provide bespoke solution which brings more value to the customer as well as increase the annual revenue generated by these customers.
I wrote my master thesis in Kunststoff Helmbrechts AG, the objective of my thesis is to derive a discreet market entry strategy for Kunststoff Helmbrechts AG to enter the Indian market. The strategy recommends Kunststoff Helmbrechts AG on the mode of investment, and the location for investment in India, which are stationed on the prognosis of the Indian automobile industry, theories of multinational enterprises, and the competitiveness of the Indian automotive clusters.
Worked as an Intern in International Order Management department, where I was creating pump manuals for the customers to fill in their order form to enter the orders into the SAP system for PPC (Production Planning and Control) department
As a Corporate Sales Officer, I am responsible for corporate customers. My tasks includes Marketing, B2B and B2C Sales, Product Presentation, Technical Advice, Sales Consulting, Financial Consulting and Negotiation.
