• Participate in project audits, third-party inspections, and management reviews to verify
adherence to ISO 9001:2015 and other applicable standards.
• Support management in preparing QA/QC reports, progress updates, and ensuring all
construction activities meet high-rise building safety and healthcare facility requirements.

• Conducted QA/QC inspections for structural and civil works to ensure compliance with project
specifications, approved shop drawings, method statements, and relevant standards.
• Reviewed and coordinated Inspection Requests (WIRs), ensuring work readiness prior to
consultant inspections.
• Performed site surveillance and identified non-conformities, issuing NCRs and Site Observation
Reports (SORs) where required.
• Verified reinforcement, formwork, embedded items, concrete works, and construction joints
before and after casting.
• Reviewed and coordinated shop drawings, material submittals, and technical documentation to
ensure compliance with project requirements.
• Monitored corrective and preventive actions, ensuring timely closure of NCRs and compliance
with approved repair procedures.
