I want to present my candidature for the cheesecake factory available position of Prep Cook & chef. with your restaurant. I have been working in a similar role for the past 16 years and have developed all the skills that are parallel with your job requirements.

Below is a list of my work responsibilities for you to evaluate my job fitness:

Comply with the instructions provided by the chefs.

Manage the inventory and organize the stocks on the shelves properly. Measure the spices and ingredients to be added to the food.

Wash vegetables thoroughly, chop them, and cut the meat.

Cook and prepare simple recipes such as soups, salads, etc.

. Presently 22 dressings, 74 sauces making as per our restaurant recipe.

Ensure cleanliness of the workstation

Conduct other duties as instructed by the chef.

basic food safety certified preferred.
